Customer List

Introduction

The Customer List report provides a general overview of customers entered into the system. Selected criteria may be applied to the information to provide further detail. The reasons an employee may run a Customer List are:

  • List of customer birthdays
  • List of new customers added since (date)
  • List of customers with addresses in specific zip code/state/etc.
  • List of all customer that purchased a specific supplier/brand
  • List of customers that have purchased during one time period
  • List of customers who have had tickets over a certain dollar threshold

*Customer List can be run at the Store Owner or Store level

Report Options

Report Name

This field is used to designate a name for the report. Uniquely named reports can be used to identify an often used report. A user may save the report to run again at a later date.

Report Type

The only difference between List and Detail is the presence of purchase details. These will be listed as defined in the Customer filter by the purchase tab.

How do you want to sort the results?

This allows you to sort the list by account number, purchases, zip code, etc. You can also limit your list to a certain number of customers to keep the report from getting too long.

Report Criteria

This allows you to limit the list by specific account numbers, city, state or zip code.

You can also limit your list to only those customers with a Custom Entry.

Additional Customer Criteria

Customer Added/ Sales Period - In this section, you can choose to display information for certain set dates for when the customer was added to Enterprise such as Week to Date, Season to Date, Last Number of Months and many others. You can also choose Selected Dates and enter the particular date you are looking for in the FROM and TO fields.

Limit to Customers with purchase range of – Filling in a value here allows you to limit your list to only those customers who have purchased a certain dollar amount within the defined period of time.

Limit to Customers with email/alert – N/A will include all customers regardless of email. Yes will only include customers with an email address on their record. No will only include customers with no email address.

The checkbox for ‘Only include accounts with an alert’ refers to the Alert dialog box on the Manage Customer screen.

Limit to Customers with email/alert– N/A will include all customers regardless of email. YES will only include customers with an email address on their record.  NO will only include customers with no email address.

Limit to customers with birthdays – Filter for specific dates.            

Customer Filter by Purchase

Here you can find the customers who made specific purchases at specific stores.  All of the typical product filters are listed here, as well as Store and Product Custom entries. In addition, you can filter by:

Return Reasons / Return / Promotion Codes – These filter the data by selected codes

Salespeople – Filter by the salesperson that was recorded on a customer purchase.

Sales Period – This field lets you choose a date or date range to filter Quantity of Tickets Sold.              

Range of ticket quantities sold – Simply the number of tickets sold for the customers included.
