1. Self-develop tools to interact with the RICS API to extract data (requires software engineering skills)

2. Find a 3^rd party to develop a solution that meets your needs using the RICS API

3. Take the easier path by working with a proven RICS consulting partner that’s familiar with the RICS API to efficiently define requirements and build cost effective solutions (e.g., integrations or custom reports)
