The RICS Reporting Update replaces batches with new features: Bookmarks and Subscriptions.
The RICS team ran all of your batched and saved reports to make them accessible in the new Report Manager. These reports, along with their options and criteria, will display in the Report Manager and be Bookmarked:
• Saved Reports: REPORT NAME with Bookmark "Saved"
• Batch Reports: REPORT NAME with Bookmarks "Batch", Store #, and Batch Name
To find your Bookmarked reports (i.e., old 'batches'), you'll use the search feature described in the instructions below.
We recommend using the bookmark feature to organize reports by groups to efficiently find and run them (note: this replaces the old 'batch' concept). To automate running reports, use the Subscription feature to schedule a group or individual reports to run and deliver them to email recipients, FTP destinations, or other RICS users.
