Cold Booting the Datalogic Memor is a good way to fix common issues with the device (frozen, stuck making inventory file, etc.).  Cold Booting the Datalogic Memor does not erase scanned inventory from the device.  Once the device boots back up, reach out to RICS Support if you continue to experience issues.

Press the ESC Button, Power Button, and the Center Key (located in the middle of the arrow circle) at the same time.  If you do not have the Center Key, then you have the Datlogic Memor X3.
