1. We cannot find file on the device. Please make sure you have scanned data.
If you've scanned items onto your Memor, this is likely an issue with RICS Link. Follow the steps in our help center article to restart the RICS Link application.
2. Please install Microsoft Windows CE and try again.
This error message indicates that you do not have the Windows Mobile Device Center on your machine. Follow the steps in our help center article to install the Windows Mobile Device Center.
