In our help center, we refer to the the portion of your task bar along the top or bottom of your computer screen that contains the date/time as the system tray. Your system tray contains the RICS Link icon.

The system tray may appear differently depending on your version of the Windows operating system.

If you don't see the RICS Link icon, it could be automatically hidden by Windows. Click on the small white arrow to show all system tray icons. Right click the RICS Link icon to access the application menu.
