If you have the Windows 10, have verified the Windows Mobile Device Center is installed, and are having trouble with the Windows Mobile Device Center opening when you plug in the Datalogic Memor, run the below commands to fix the issue.

1. Click the Windows Start Menu, and search for the Command Prompt
2. Right-Click on the Command Prompt application, and choose Run as Administrator
3. Copy the command below and paste it into the Command Prompt, then press Enter

   REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\RapiMgr /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

4. Repeat for the second command below

   REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WcesComm /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

5. Restart the computer
6. Unplug and plug in the Datalogic Memor
