The Global Product Catalog (GPC) provides footwear, apparel and accessory data from different brands and allows retailers to seamlessly create new product and enter purchase orders.

This feature can be accessed from four different screens within the RICS Back Office:

· Manage SKUs
· Enter Purchase Order
· Receive Purchase Order
· Receive stock without PO

 

MANAGE SKUS

1. In the RICS Back Office, navigate to Setup :: Manage SKUs

2. In the SKU field, click the GPC icon

 

ENTER PURCHASE ORDERS

1. In the RICS Back Office, navigate to Inventory :: Purchasing :: Enter Purchase Orders

2. Enter required and optional Purchase Order Header information

3. Click the SKU Detail tab

4. In the SKU List field, click the GPC icon

 

RECEIVE PURCHASE ORDERS

1. In the RICS Back Office, navigate to Inventory :: Receiving :: Receive Purchase Orders

2. To select a purchase order, enter or search for a purchase order in the Purchase Order # field

3. Click the SKU Detail tab

4. In the SKU List field, click the GPC icon

 

RECEIVE STOCK WITHOUT PO

1. In the RICS Back Office, navigate to Inventory :: Receiving :: Receive stock without PO

2. In the SKU field, click the GPC icon
