Inventory Inquiry: Primary and Secondary Search Functions

On the Inventory Inquiry page, the Primary and Secondary dropdowns allow you to display multiple data points on the grid for a selected location.

For example, if On-Hand is selected as the Primary and In-Transit as the Secondary, the resulting grid will show:

  • Row 1: On-Hand quantities (in this case, none for the selected location).
  • Row 2: In-Transit quantities (items on a transfer order but not yet received).

This data is currently shown for Store 2. To view the same information for a different store, either:

  • Enter the desired store code in the 'By Store' field and click 'Change the Grid's Stores/Organizations', or
  • Click 'Next Store' to cycle through stores and update the results accordingly.

To view In-Transit quantities for all stores:

  • Set Selected Stores In Transit as the Primary option.
  • The grid will then display In-Transit quantities across all stores (e.g., Stores 1 and 2 as shown in the far-left column).

To filter results for specific stores, enter the desired store codes (separated by commas) into the 'By Store' field and click 'Change the Grid's Stores/Organizations'.
