OVERVIEW

Retailers using RICS>Pay can integrate credit card processing with the RICS>mPOS using a variety of different terminals.  Device terminals, such as the iDynamo5, are plug-and-play, meaning they just need to be plugged into the mobile device to be ready for use.  Cloud terminals, typically found on or near the cashwrap, are also compatible with the RICS>mPOS but require a few additional steps to complete setup.

Follow the steps below to connect a cloud terminal to the RICS>mPOS:

1. Tap the Settings icon; lower left of app

2. Find and select the appropriate terminal from the ‘Devices & Hardware’ list

3. Click ‘Connect Reader’

Note: Once a cloud terminal is connected, it becomes the default pinpad until a new device is connected.
